—a unique opportunity to deepen your practice in a rejuvenating setting. This retreat offers 50 hours of continuing education, counting toward your yearly Yoga Alliance requirements. Throughout the experience, you’ll have access to yoga, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork classes, as well as all the I-YTT workshops offered during the immersion.
You’ll have the option of a solo or shared bed setup, with room assignments provided upon arrival. Each newly remodeled home includes a full kitchen, shared bathroom, and both indoor and outdoor showers, seamlessly blending with the lush jungle surroundings just steps from the ocean.
Each home has been thoughtfully designed with high ceilings, ample windows for natural cross breezes, and concrete walls that maintain a cool, refreshing atmosphere in the tropical heat. The newly updated resort also features a brand-new dipping pool, yoga shala, and private beach access, making it the ideal sanctuary for connection and relaxation.
A private chef will prepare daily healthy, delicious meals, and housekeeping ensures a comfortable stay with regular tidying and fresh linens every three days. Each home includes Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, locally made Osa toiletries, and award-winning fans.

Join us for the full I-YTT experience and earn 50 hours of continuing education credit toward your annual Yoga Alliance requirements. You’ll have the option to participate in classes, workshops, and ceremonies as you choose, while the excursions are mandatory due to preregistration requirements.

If paying by credit or debit card, a 2.9% fee plus tax will be added to each transaction, including payment plans. These fees are already reflected in the room prices. To avoid extra fees, you can pay via Zelle (email below) or bank transfer (contact us for details). All payments are nonrefundable, though exceptions for medical emergencies may be considered, and a portion may be transferable to a future IGNITE 200hr YTT experience - but is not guaranteed.
If you choose a payment plan, a $555 deposit is required to hold your spot, with the remaining balance split into 5 payments, all of which are due by May 1st, 2025. We are flexible and happy to work with you on a plan that suits your needs.
