IGNITE the class is a unique hybrid yoga & embodiment practice that combines elements of intuitive & ecstatic Vinyasa sequencing, dance fusion styles like twerking, afro, contemporary and primal movement, somatic experiencing & release, energizing breath work, chakra activation, mindful meditation, and deep soul connections. This synthesis of movement modalities creates a dynamic and exhilarating experience that leaves a lasting impact on every aspect of your being. 5 week Intensive
Immerse yourself in this intensive training to truly embody the essence of IGNITE the class with our transformative hybrid program. For the initial four weeks, engage in live classes that will ignite your passion, understanding and connection.

Culminate your journey with a 5 day in-person immersion experience in the captivating energy of Arizona. Each day we create magic at Abundant Space and we finish with a vibrant photo & video shoot to capture the moment and a celebration to follow.
About the training
This comprehensive teacher training is designed for passionate yoga teachers and movement guides who feel called to share the transformative power of IGNITE the class—cultivating an expansive community, deep soul connections, and elevating their offerings to new heights.
In this immersive certification, you will journey into the dynamic convergence of ecstatic Vinyasa, dance HIIT fusion, somatic movement, energizing breath work, chakra activation, mindful meditation, and deep embodiment practices. Led by Stephanie Bard, creatrix of IGNITE the class, you will explore teaching techniques, energetic sequencing, and the philosophy behind this liberating movement methodology—leaving you feeling empowered, inspired, and creatively ignited.
This training will equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to lead IGNITE classes with authenticity and impact. Whether your path leads you to teaching group experiences, private sessions, or deepening your own embodiment, this certification will empower you to guide others in unlocking their fullest expression—both on and off the mat.
Hybrid Offering
As a hybrid program, you’ll have the flexibility to participate in the first four weeks from the comfort of your own home. All classes are live-streamed, with Monday sessions held live in our Facebook group and in person at Abundant Space, allowing you to integrate the training into your routine with balance, accessibility, and convenience during the initial phase of this intensive.
For the final five days, we gather in person in Arizona, creating a fully immersive and expansive container where you can deeply embody the practice—free from distractions and fully present in the transformative energy of the training.
Immersion
Our immersive in-person training will be held at Abundant Space in Scottsdale, Arizona, located on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird. Together, we will create a powerful container for transformation from Wednesday, July 30th, to Sunday, August 3rd. Meals are not included, but high-protein snacks are encouraged throughout the day to sustain energy and focus. For those traveling from out of state, we recommend booking accommodations near Scottsdale Road and Thunderbird, such as hotels, Airbnbs, or other lodging options, for July 30th – August 3rd.

Energetic Prerequisites
This teacher training program is a divine journey that calls for the sacred exchange of energies. To embark upon this transformative path, aspiring yogis are required to submit an application, allowing their intentions and aspirations to be woven into the tapestry of this offering.
To ensure the sanctity of this space, it is requested that applicants hold a sacred bond with yoga, and have completed a 200-hour certification from a revered and spiritually aligned yoga school. It is through this alignment and reverence that the seeds of growth and illumination can be nurtured, creating a harmonious union of spirit and practice.
