Each Thursday offering is different and open to all levels/experiences:
1st Thursday of the month — Dynamic Vinyasa Flow: fluid transitions fused with breath, somatic movement, meditative and dynamic sequencing
2nd Thursday of the month — Power Hatha Yoga: longer strength focused holds, arm balances, inversions, and breathwork
3rd Thursday of the month — Zenyasa Flow: yin fused with fascia release, mobility, and restorative components
4th Thursday of the month — IGNITE prana: 30m breathwork and mindful meditation, followed by a 45m sound bath savasana
